111 North Atlantic Building

The El Sereno Community Land Trust (ESCLT) identified 111 North Atlantic, a 2-story building with eight units. Itis a multi-family, garden-style building and includes a courtyard, laundry room, and -detached-covered parking. ESCLT is partnering with San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity (SVG Habitat), who is providing Technical Assistance for this transaction. The Atlantic building was acquired with the support of LA County Supervisor Hilda Solis’ pilot program that championed Land Trusts.
